- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Solid understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing deployment schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting within IT projects. - Ability to analyze deployment metrics and provide actionable insights. - Excellent collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork. - Competence in developing and delivering training materials for IT service management deployments. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
