Capgemini is seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in leveraging complex data analysis to inform crucial business decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Reporting on previous and current year category performance across all initiatives. - Conducting monthly reviews of Building Blocks Delivery for top-line and per-customer metrics. - Analyzing category forecasts for discrepancies, trends, and underlying assumptions. - Validating bottom-up value forecasts against financial aggregated rates. - Providing content for performance reviews, including historical data, assumption analysis, and risk/opportunity assessments. - Finalizing unconstrained demand forecasts post-Category Demand Review. - Monitoring and reporting on forecast KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy (FCA), Forecast Value Add (FCVA), and Forecast Bias (FB).

The ideal candidate will possess: - A strong understanding of demand planning principles. - Knowledge of Customer Business Development processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience specifically in demand planning is required. - Experience with Capgemini's commitment to career growth through diverse programs and opportunities is a plus.
