Your key responsibilities will include conducting monthly reviews of building blocks delivery, analyzing category forecast discrepancies, and sensing bottom-up value forecasts against financial metrics.

You will also provide content for performance reviews, analyze historical data, and assess risks and opportunities. The role involves finalizing the unconstrained demand forecast after category reviews and tracking essential KPIs like Forecast Accuracy (FCA) and Forecast Value Add (FCVA).

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of demand planning principles and customer business development processes. A keen analytical mindset, coupled with excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail, is essential.

We are looking for individuals with practical experience in demand planning, with required experience ranging from 3-5 years for A4 level and 5-7 years for B1 level.
