Provide essential L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS, and other vital healthcare applications, guaranteeing high availability and system stability.

Proactively monitor application performance, investigate incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and resolve problems within strict SLA targets.

Manage core ITIL processes including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

Diagnose and resolve application, interface, data, integration, and workflow challenges using advanced analytical techniques like log analysis and database queries.

Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to support their daily workflows and ensure efficient operations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, infrastructure, database administrators, and developers, to achieve timely resolutions and drive service improvements.

A strong understanding of the US Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital workflows and operational support, is essential.

Experience in providing L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS, and other healthcare applications is required.

Proficiency in ITIL best practices for Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management is expected.

Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to enhance system stability.

Experience with healthcare interoperability and integrations involving various clinical applications is a significant advantage.

This role requires adherence to an assigned 24x7 shift roster and may involve working from designated ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
