This position demands a proactive approach to maintaining and troubleshooting complex IT systems within the healthcare technology domain. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of critical workflows.

Key responsibilities include comprehensive monitoring of Laurel Bridge Compass environments using Lighthouse, focusing on server, interface, job, error, and storage health. You will provide dedicated support for DICOM image routing workflows, troubleshoot various job statuses, and investigate AE Title, IP, port, and connectivity issues. Proactive monitoring of disk utilization and timely identification of storage growth anomalies are also essential.

Further duties involve performing basic Compass service and application troubleshooting, validating job processing, and supporting configuration changes to maintain App1/App2 synchronization. You will collaborate with Clinical Engineering and vendors on modality-related concerns and escalate complex configuration or rule-building challenges. Adherence to operational procedures and support standards is paramount.

We are seeking individuals with expertise in Laurel Bridge Compass, Lighthouse, DICOM, AE Titles, PACS/Radiology workflows, and DICOM routing. Strong skills in interface troubleshooting and Windows Server administration are required. Experience with incident management processes is also crucial for this role. The position requires a commitment to working from the office on all working days, adhering to a 24x7 shift roster.
