As a Delivery Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing L2/L3 production support for IBM Tivoli. Your duties will include comprehensive monitoring of Tivoli services, troubleshooting application failures, and performing critical system maintenance.

You will also conduct root cause analysis for incidents, support system installations and upgrades, and collaborate with database and network teams. Maintaining operational documentation and participating in on-call rotations are key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with 4-8 years of experience in IBM Tivoli administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. A strong command of Linux/Unix systems and robust troubleshooting skills are essential.

Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash/Korn) and basic to intermediate Python scripting for automation is required. Fundamental SQL knowledge for database connectivity and troubleshooting, along with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, ports, firewalls), are also necessary for this position.
