Investigate and resolve complex L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring swift service restoration and SLA adherence. Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, performing regular maintenance and upgrades.

Manage application changes and releases through controlled processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning. Coordinate effectively with business users, IT teams, and vendors for issue resolution and escalations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

Maintain essential documentation, including knowledge articles and runbooks, to support operational efficiency and audit requirements.

A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience is required, with significant exposure to the Healthcare Provider domain and a strong grasp of hospital workflows. Proficiency in Incident & Problem Management, Application Monitoring & Maintenance, and Change & Release Support is essential.

Demonstrated ability in Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination and maintaining Compliance & Documentation, particularly within regulated healthcare environments, is crucial. Experience with nursing workflows, EMR integrations, and specific nursing systems is highly desirable.
