Investigate and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely service restoration and SLA adherence. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs. Execute regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in collaboration with internal teams and vendors. Assess, implement, and validate application changes through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning. Liaise with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and handle escalations. Maintain comprehensive knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA, security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Requires 6-12 years of experience in the Healthcare Provider domain, with a deep understanding of hospital workflows and operational support. Proficiency in Incident & Problem Management, Application Monitoring & Maintenance, and Change & Release Support for healthcare applications. Experience in Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination, and strong adherence to Compliance & Documentation standards, including HIPAA. Familiarity with skills supporting eligibility transactions (270/271), coverage discovery, payment systems, PCI-compliant workflows, and Patient Access systems like HealthQuest, PatientSecure, or WorldView is essential.
