This role focuses on providing comprehensive operational support, administration, and maintenance for enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of critical business-to-business (B2B) integrations and file exchange services, managing a large-scale environment with approximately 3,000 trading partners and over 800 internal file transfer processes.

Your key responsibilities will include providing L2/L3 production support for MFT services and B2B platforms, monitoring and resolving file transfer issues, and ensuring high availability and performance. You will conduct root cause analysis, support platform maintenance, and administer IBM Sterling components such as File Gateway, B2B Integrator, Connect:Direct, and Secure Proxy.

Additionally, you will manage trading partner onboarding and maintenance, support various file transfer protocols (SFTP, IBM Connect:Direct), and ensure security compliance through SSL/TLS and PGP standards. You will also support business process development within Sterling, perform database queries, and assist with AIX and Windows environments. Collaboration with infrastructure and database teams, along with participation in incident and change management, is essential. On-call support may be required.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Managed File Transfer (MFT) and B2B integration. Essential technical skills include extensive experience with the IBM Sterling Suite (SFG, B2B Integrator, Connect:Direct, Secure Proxy, SEAS, Control Center).

You should also be proficient in trading partner management, file routing, secure file exchange protocols, and B2B integration support. A solid understanding of security practices, including SSL/TLS certificate management and PGP encryption, is required. Experience with AIX administration, Windows Server support, and Java platform upgrades is also necessary. Familiarity with SQL, database querying, log analysis, and incident management frameworks is crucial for this role. Occasional support for ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad and adherence to a 24x7 shift roster are part of the role's operational demands.
