NTT DATA seeks a skilled Delivery Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. This role is integral to managing and maintaining the UiPath automation platform, bridging the gap between system administration and engineering.

This position focuses on the administration of the UiPath platform, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability. Key responsibilities include managing tenants, folders, users, roles, and robot provisioning. You will oversee machine templates, assets, queues, and triggers, alongside managing packages, libraries, and monitoring logs.

Responsibilities also encompass identity and security integrations, including SSO and SAML, with Active Directory/Entra ID. Credential management and integrations with security vaults are crucial. For on-premise deployments, you will manage Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and certificate services. Database knowledge for reading logs, queries, and performance troubleshooting is essential.

A strong understanding of UiPath Orchestrator administration is paramount, covering tenants, users, robots, and monitoring. Proficiency in identity and security integrations, including Entra ID and Active Directory, is required. Infrastructure skills relevant to UiPath deployments, whether cloud or on-premise, are necessary, alongside basic SQL Server knowledge for performance tuning.

Familiarity with automation concepts and troubleshooting common issues like failed jobs, expired credentials, and licensing problems is vital. Scripting skills in PowerShell and experience with REST APIs and JSON are highly beneficial for user provisioning and bulk updates. Understanding governance, compliance, change management, and disaster recovery planning is expected for an experienced administrator.
