This role focuses on providing application support and administration for Nuance PowerScribe 360, specifically supporting Radiology reporting workflows and integrations with critical systems like Epic and Visage/PACS.

Key responsibilities include administering and supporting the PowerScribe 360 application, managing users, roles, and permissions. You will support radiologist dictation, reporting, and report transmission workflows. Troubleshooting complex issues within the PowerScribe to Epic to Visage/PACS report-flow is essential. This involves investigating missing/delayed reports, locked studies, and report association problems.

Further duties involve supporting the PowerScribe Bridge/interface, coordinating with Epic, PACS, and vendor teams. You will maintain procedure/PMT configurations, custom fields, and site settings. Support for Peer Review/RadPeer, Clinical Guidance, and Quality Check is also expected. All incident, request, and change management will be handled through ServiceNow.

Required expertise includes strong administration and support experience with PowerScribe 360. A solid understanding of Radiology workflows and PACS is crucial. Familiarity with Epic/EMR integration is necessary. You should have experience troubleshooting healthcare interfaces, including ADT/Orders/Results. Proficiency with ServiceNow and production support is also a requirement.

This position requires a commitment to working from the office on all scheduled days and adhering to a 24x7 shift roster. The office location will be in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
