As a Delivery Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing radiology application performance. Key duties include:

- Delivering L2/L3 support for Visage PACS and associated radiology applications. - Ensuring the integrity of the end-to-end Epic/RIS to PowerScribe workflow. - Diagnosing and resolving issues related to missing studies, images, orders, and worklist availability. - Addressing study/order association and Quality Assurance (QA) discrepancies. - Troubleshooting DICOM Send/Receive, image routing, import, and transfer challenges. - Investigating HL7 order/interface issues and coordinating message re-triggers. - Supporting incorrect patient/study/image associations and managing image reassignment. - Providing support for Visage Study Browser, Worklists, QA, DICOM Jobs, and Control Panel functionalities. - Resolving user access and Active Directory group-related problems. - Managing incidents, requests, and changes within ServiceNow. - Collaborating effectively with PACS, Epic/RIS, PowerScribe, interface, infrastructure, and Visage vendor teams.

This position requires a commitment to working from the office on all designated working days and adhering to a 24x7 shift roster. The office locations are Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
