This role focuses on providing essential support for healthcare applications, ensuring their optimal performance and stability. You will be instrumental in maintaining critical systems within the US Healthcare Provider domain, leveraging your expertise to resolve complex issues and improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include delivering L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, HIS, and other healthcare applications to guarantee high availability. You will monitor application performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve problems within strict SLA targets.

Manage all aspects of Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management following ITIL best practices. Diagnose and resolve application, interface, data, integration, and workflow-related issues using advanced analysis techniques.

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to support workflows, and coordinate with various technical teams for swift issue resolution. You will also support application upgrades, testing, and configuration management, while performing Root Cause Analysis to implement preventive measures. Developing and maintaining operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles is crucial. Additionally, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and participate in on-call rotations for mission-critical applications.

A strong understanding of hospital workflows and operational support within the US Healthcare Provider domain is mandatory. You should be adept at diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues, including those related to applications, interfaces, data, and integrations.

Experience with ITIL best practices for IT Service Management is essential. You must be able to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, including physicians, nurses, technical support, and vendors, to achieve timely resolutions and drive continuous service improvements.

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and integrations involving EMR/EHR systems, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and billing applications is required. The ability to develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles is also a key requirement for this role.
