We are seeking a dedicated Delivery Senior Analyst to enhance our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This position involves working from designated ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad and requires adherence to a 24x7 shift roster. As part of our forward-thinking organization, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and improving critical healthcare applications.

Your core responsibilities will include providing L2/L3 production support for EMR, EHR, and HIS applications, ensuring peak performance and system reliability. You will manage incident, request, problem, change, and release management activities, strictly following ITIL best practices. A key aspect of the role involves diagnosing and resolving complex application, interface, and data-related issues, collaborating with clinical staff and technical teams for efficient problem-solving. Additionally, you will support application upgrades, perform root cause analysis, and develop essential operational documentation.

This role also encompasses supporting healthcare interoperability and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across various clinical systems. Participation in on-call rotations and adherence to healthcare regulations, security standards, and privacy requirements are also expected.

We are looking for candidates with proven experience in the US Healthcare Provider domain, possessing a strong grasp of hospital workflows and operational support. Proficiency in managing EMR, EHR, and HIS systems, along with a solid understanding of ITIL framework is essential. The ability to perform detailed log analysis, database queries, and system analysis for troubleshooting is crucial. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and technical teams.

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and a commitment to maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and security protocols are required. Experience in developing and maintaining operational documentation and SOPs is also valued. This role operates within a hybrid work model, requiring flexibility based on client needs and potential in-office attendance.
