A strong understanding of the US Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital workflows and operational support, is mandatory. Experience with EMR, EHR, HIS, and other healthcare applications is crucial for providing L2/L3 production support.

Proficiency in ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management is essential. You must be adept at diagnosing and resolving complex issues using logs and database queries, collaborating with clinical and IT teams, and supporting application upgrades and deployments. Root Cause Analysis and maintaining operational documentation are also key requirements.
