This position requires a dedicated professional to work from our ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, adhering to a 24x7 shift schedule. You will be instrumental in managing and resolving complex issues within the healthcare technology landscape.

- Provide expert L2/L3 support for COTS healthcare applications, swiftly resolving incidents and minimizing service disruption. - Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring problems to prevent future occurrences. - Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch processes to maintain optimal performance. - Execute application maintenance, including patch validation and upgrades, in collaboration with internal teams and vendors. - Manage application changes through controlled release processes, ensuring robust impact analysis and rollback strategies. - Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution, especially for regulated healthcare workflows. - Uphold compliance by maintaining comprehensive knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, security, and data privacy standards.

- Demonstrate extensive experience within the Healthcare Provider domain, possessing a deep understanding of hospital workflows and operational support. - Showcase a strong grasp of cardiac diagnostics workflows, including ECG, EP, and cath procedures. - Expertise in DICOM, waveforms, modality connectivity, and structured cardiology reporting is essential. - Proven ability to integrate cardiology systems with EMR, PACS, and device gateways. - Proficiency in supporting stress testing systems, telemetry, and remote monitoring solutions. - Experience with registry abstraction support, such as ACC/STS, is highly valued. - Skilled in troubleshooting device-to-system communication and data ingestion processes. - Familiarity with cardiovascular systems like IntelliSpace Cardiovascular, Vericis, ProSolv, and Centricity Cardiology Workflow (CCW) is a significant advantage.
