Join a dynamic team at NTT DATA as a Delivery Senior Analyst, focusing on operational support and maintenance for enterprise faxing solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and performance of our OpenText RightFax environment.

This position involves working from designated Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, with adherence to a 24x7 shift roster. We seek experienced professionals ready to contribute to innovative client solutions.

Provide critical L2/L3 support for OpenText RightFax applications, ensuring swift resolution of incidents and service requests within SLA timelines. Perform thorough root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement robust preventive measures.

Execute routine maintenance, including patch validation, system upgrades, and configuration reviews, to maintain optimal system health and performance. Proactively monitor application performance, fax queues, and integrations to identify and mitigate potential issues.

Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using ITSM tools, coordinating effectively with infrastructure, database, and network teams. Support disaster recovery initiatives and participate in production releases and change implementation activities.

Administer user accounts, fax numbers, and access requests, maintaining user profiles and routing configurations. Act as the primary liaison with vendor support for complex technical issues and coordinate troubleshooting efforts between business users and external teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by over 5 years of application support experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to RightFax administration and support. Strong analytical and troubleshooting acumen are essential.

Demonstrated expertise in supporting OpenText RightFax environments, including RightFax Enterprise Manager, Fax Server Administration, Routing, DID Configurations, Integrations, Queue Monitoring, and User Administration. Familiarity with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, and SMTP/Email Systems (Exchange/O365) is required.

Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Remedy, and an understanding of application monitoring tools are necessary. Familiarity with scripting using PowerShell and knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) configurations are highly desirable.
