Join our team as a Delivery Senior Analyst, focusing on L2/L3 support and maintenance for enterprise faxing solutions, primarily OpenText RightFax. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal stability, availability, performance, and security of our fax environment. You will manage day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to minor enhancements. This position requires dedicated support from our Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad offices, with adherence to a 24x7 shift schedule including weekends.

Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive L2/L3 application support for RightFax and related faxing services, resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs, and performing root cause analysis for recurring issues. You'll actively monitor application performance, system health, and manage routine maintenance tasks such as patching and upgrades. This role also involves managing incidents, problems, and changes through ITSM tools, coordinating effectively with infrastructure and vendor teams, and handling user and access administration for RightFax.

Further duties include acting as the primary liaison with OpenText/RightFax vendor support, coordinating troubleshooting efforts, and ensuring documentation accuracy through runbooks and knowledge articles. Maintaining compliance with organizational security and data governance policies is also a key aspect of this position.

Ideal candidates will possess strong experience supporting OpenText RightFax environments, including hands-on expertise with RightFax Enterprise Manager, Fax Server Administration, Fax Routing, Integrations, and User Administration. A solid understanding of Windows Server Administration, IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, SMTP/Email Systems, and fundamental networking concepts is essential.

Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy is required, alongside familiarity with application monitoring and alert management. Desired qualifications include experience with RightFax integrations for ERP, EMR/EHR, or Document Management systems, scripting with PowerShell, and knowledge of High Availability/Disaster Recovery configurations. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of application support experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in RightFax administration, are necessary.
