NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Delivery Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves providing critical L2/L3 production support for IBM Tivoli applications. You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and client success within a global technology leader.

As a Delivery Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of IBM Tivoli applications. Your key duties will include:

- Providing L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting for Tivoli components. - Monitoring system health, services, and performance proactively. - Investigating and resolving application failures and connectivity issues. - Executing configuration changes, maintenance, and health checks. - Performing root cause analysis for critical incidents. - Supporting installations, patching, and upgrades. - Collaborating with database and networking teams to resolve complex issues. - Managing tickets within ITSM frameworks and maintaining operational documentation. - Participating in on-call rotations and major incident management.

We are looking for candidates with 4-8 years of experience in application support, specifically with IBM Tivoli. A strong command of Linux/Unix systems and proficiency in Shell and Python scripting for automation are essential. You should also have fundamental knowledge of SQL, database connectivity, and networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, ports, and firewalls.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to perform root cause analysis, and experience managing incidents and changes through ITSM processes. Familiarity with writing and maintaining operational documentation and runbooks is also expected. This role requires working in a 24x7 shift roster from our ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
