We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and enhance complex storage environments. Your expertise will directly impact the performance and availability of our systems, contributing to robust financial operations and the acceleration of new digital ventures.

Administer and optimize enterprise storage platforms including IBM, Dell, NetApp C-Series/FAS, and HP/Brocade SAN switches. Provision storage, configure replication, manage snapshots, and fine-tune performance for both block (FC/iSCSI) and file (NFS/CIFS) storage.

Manage SAN/NAS operations, including zoning, LUN mapping, and access control. Implement and oversee replication strategies, file system provisioning, and backup/restore processes. Monitor storage health, capacity, and performance metrics, troubleshooting issues related to IOPS, throughput, and latency.

Contribute to the implementation of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies. Support failover testing and disaster recovery exercises, collaborating closely with server, network, database, and application teams to ensure end-to-end system availability.

Automate storage administration tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell and Python. Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and generate reports on capacity, performance, and SLA compliance. Proactively identify and recommend improvements for storage performance and capacity.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs and architecture diagrams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless storage integration with applications, virtualization, and cloud platforms. Support change management, incident resolution, and periodic storage audits.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is required. Extensive, hands-on experience (7+ years) in enterprise storage administration is essential, with a strong background in managing SAN/NAS storage systems in production environments.

Expertise in Dell, IBM, NetApp C-Series/FAS, and Brocade/HP SAN switches is critical. Proficiency in storage networking concepts like zoning, LUN masking, and multipathing is necessary. You should be skilled in file storage provisioning, replication, snapshot management, access control, and performance tuning.

A solid understanding of backup/recovery processes, HA solutions, and DR concepts is expected. Experience with storage monitoring tools, capacity planning, and troubleshooting storage performance issues is vital. Automation skills using PowerShell, Python, or CLI tools are highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to handle escalated L2/L3 incidents. Familiarity with ITIL-based processes such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management is a plus. Exposure to cloud storage solutions or software-defined storage is advantageous.
