Join our dynamic Engineering, AI & Data team as a Delivery Manager (SDM) in Bengaluru. You will be instrumental in establishing and managing service governance, along with the onboarding and transition framework for client projects moving into a managed support model. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless integration of services and maintaining operational excellence.

This position serves as a vital link between service/project leadership, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams, engineering departments, and the managed operations organization. Your efforts will guarantee that each service is clearly defined, operationally prepared, and smoothly transitioned into Business As Usual (BAU) support through a well-defined and controlled process.

Establish and manage the end-to-end service onboarding lifecycle, defining clear operational readiness criteria. Develop and govern service transition runbooks, implement robust reporting mechanisms, and ensure all services entering the managed support model meet agreed operational standards.

Key duties involve defining service models, support boundaries, and operational responsibilities. You will also be responsible for establishing governance structures suitable for complex technology environments and developing executive and operational reporting frameworks.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT service management, service delivery, service transition, operations, or managed services is required, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. Demonstrable experience in establishing service onboarding and transition frameworks, along with conducting Operational Readiness Assessments, is essential.

Strong proficiency in ITIL/ITSM practices, particularly Incident, Problem, Change, Service Transition, and Service Level Management, is a must. Experience working across application, infrastructure, SRE, engineering, and operations teams, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and effectively handling stakeholder relationships are critical. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
