Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Delivery Manager specializing in SAP SDM. This position is based in Delhi and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in SAP and project management.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of SAP services, ensuring adherence to service management principles and frameworks. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Leading and motivating a team, planning and coordinating projects, and effectively solving complex service-related challenges are also integral parts of this role.

Furthermore, you will manage budgets and financial planning for service delivery, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage technical knowledge to effectively communicate with IT teams.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with 10-12+ years of experience, possessing a strong techno-functional background in SAP. Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management are essential. A deep understanding of service management principles, ITIL frameworks, client relationship management, leadership, and project management is required.

Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, financial management knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement. While hands-on technical expertise isn't always mandatory, a solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure is beneficial. A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
