As an OpenText Architect within Enterprise Technology & Performance, you will lead technology strategy and transformation initiatives. This pivotal role offers end-to-end ownership of the OpenText ECM landscape, encompassing architecture, development governance, AMS escalation, and platform strategy.
You will serve as the technical authority, ensuring the stability, scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement of OpenText platforms. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional ready to drive innovation and maintain operational excellence in a dynamic technology environment.
Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining enterprise architecture for OpenText Content Server, OpenText Archive Center, and xECM for SAP Solutions, ensuring platform scalability and performance. You will govern customization standards and development best practices, and own L3 support accountability, leading the resolution of critical production incidents and complex data issues.
Additionally, you will define integration architecture involving SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms. This includes governing the use of various OpenText modules and solutions, approving significant development changes, and leading governance for records management, classification, and compliance with regulations like GDPR. Security, Identity, and Risk Management, including OTDS architecture and access control, are also core duties, alongside stakeholder engagement and program leadership.
A minimum of 10 years of OpenText ECM experience is essential, with proven ownership of large-scale AMS engagements. Expertise in OpenText Content Server and xECM, along with OpenText Archive Center & SAP Archiving, is required. You should possess advanced integration architecture skills (API, REST, messaging) and a strong understanding of enterprise IAM and security architecture.
Proficiency in performance tuning, capacity planning, and a solid grasp of AMS and ITIL processes are necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and governance skills are crucial, as is experience operating in regulated, multi-region environments. A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
