Join our dynamic Engineering team as a Delivery Manager specializing in Middleware solutions. This role is integral to modernizing existing systems and implementing new technology products and platforms that drive financial performance and fuel growth.

As a Manager Level professional in Cloud & Shared Services / Application & Middleware Operations, you will lead enterprise middleware environments, overseeing administration, deployment, configuration, and optimization. Your expertise will ensure high availability, peak performance, robust security, and operational excellence across our platforms.

Lead the administration and support for key IBM middleware components including WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect, and Liberty Profile.

Oversee middleware deployment, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. Ensure high availability, failover, and disaster recovery strategies are in place. Monitor performance, capacity, and SLAs, proactively resolving issues.

Manage and mentor middleware engineers, enforcing standards and operational procedures. Lead incident, problem, and change management processes. Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and cloud teams for seamless integration and support.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in enterprise middleware administration and support, particularly with IBM middleware platforms in production environments.

Demonstrate hands-on expertise with IBM WAS, IBM MQ, IIB/App Connect, or Liberty Profile, coupled with strong skills in configuration, deployment, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Experience with high availability, clustering, failover, and DR setups is essential.

Solid understanding of operating systems (Unix/Linux, Windows) and their integration with middleware is required. Proven leadership abilities and familiarity with ITIL processes are crucial for success in this role. Exposure to automation, monitoring, and operational tooling is highly valued.
