Proactively identify and mitigate delivery and resourcing risks. Facilitate key governance forums and ensure alignment between delivery, staffing, and commercial objectives. Communicate effectively with program leads, workstream owners, and client stakeholders.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, alongside 10-12 years of experience in PMO or program support roles. Mandatory certifications include Certified Scrum Master and PMP. Experience supporting large-scale transformation or technology programs is essential.

Demonstrated exposure to resource planning and management, coupled with strong reporting and governance capabilities. Proficiency in client-facing environments, advanced analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder communication are key. Familiarity with MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity is expected.
