Manage end-to-end fund accounting for diverse real estate fund structures, ensuring accuracy in NAV, CUV, and NUV finalization. Oversee fee calculations, expense management, and reconciliations, ensuring alignment with fund agreements and accounting standards.

Act as the primary client contact, addressing all queries related to NAV, financials, and investor reporting. Lead statutory audits, investor audits, and regulatory reporting, coordinating effectively with auditors and internal teams.

Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives. Utilize Yardi and Workiva for accounting, calculations, and reporting. Manage PMO responsibilities, including planning, tracking deliverables, and ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

A seasoned professional with 7-12+ years of fund accounting experience, specifically within real estate funds. Strong expertise in NAV, CUV, NUV finalization, and a deep understanding of management and performance fee structures are essential.

Proven experience in client engagement, SLA governance, and team leadership is required. Hands-on working knowledge of Yardi and Workiva, along with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, are critical for success.

Candidates should possess a CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, with experience managing global clients and distributed teams.
