Join our Assurance team as a Delivery Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in fund accounting and reporting. This position offers a dynamic environment focused on enhancing client relationships and ensuring the accuracy of financial operations for real estate funds.

You will be instrumental in overseeing critical financial processes, from fee calculations to the finalization of Net Asset Value (NAV), contributing directly to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

As a Delivery Manager, your responsibilities include reviewing and approving fund fee calculations, ensuring alignment with fund agreements and complex structures. You will oversee end-to-end fund accounting for real estate funds, owning the finalization of NAV, CUV, and NUV, and ensuring their accuracy and compliance.

You will also manage expense accruals, reconciliations, and the review of investor reports. Acting as a primary client-facing contact, you'll address queries, build strong relationships, and oversee the preparation of fund financial statements. Leading statutory audits, investor audits, and regulatory reporting, you will coordinate with various stakeholders and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls. Your role involves managing client expectations, communicating timelines, presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders, and owning PMO responsibilities for assigned funds.

We are seeking candidates with 7–12+ years of relevant fund accounting experience, particularly within real estate funds. A strong understanding of NAV, CUV, NUV finalization, and fee structures is essential. Proven experience in managing investor reporting and fund financial statements, coupled with hands-on knowledge of Yardi and Workiva, is required.

Demonstrated experience in client engagement, SLA governance, and team leadership is crucial. Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. A qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA is necessary. Experience working with global clients and distributed teams is a significant advantage.
