Join our dynamic Assurance team as a Delivery Manager, focusing on Fund Accounting and Reporting within the Real Estate sector. In this impactful role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving fund-level calculations, including management and performance fees, ensuring alignment with all fund agreements. You'll manage the end-to-end fund accounting process for real estate funds, taking ownership of NAV, CUV, and NUV finalization. Your duties extend to overseeing expense accruals, reconciliations, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial reporting at both fund and property levels.

Furthermore, you will serve as the primary client-facing contact, addressing inquiries and building long-term relationships. You'll also lead statutory and investor audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and manage PMO responsibilities, including tracking deliverables and milestones. Driving continuous improvement in process efficiency and standardization will be a key aspect of your contribution.

We are seeking candidates with 7-12+ years of relevant fund accounting experience, particularly within real estate funds. A strong understanding of NAV, CUV, NUV finalization, and fee structures is essential. Hands-on experience with Yardi and Workiva is required, alongside a proven track record in client engagement, SLA governance, and team leadership. A CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA qualification is necessary.

Experience working with global clients and geographically distributed teams is highly valued. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are critical, complemented by excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. This position is based at our Delhi CEC office.
