Join our dynamic Assurance team as a Delivery Manager, specializing in Fund Accounting and Reporting for real estate funds. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in fund accounting, fee computations, and financial statement finalization within a leading professional services firm. You will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Oversee end-to-end fund accounting for real estate funds, including NAV, CUV, and NUV finalization. Review and approve management and performance fee calculations, ensuring alignment with fund agreements. Act as the primary client-facing contact, addressing queries and building long-term relationships. Lead statutory audits, investor audits, and regulatory reporting. Manage PMO responsibilities, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

We seek a seasoned professional with 7-12+ years of fund accounting experience, particularly with real estate funds. Strong expertise in NAV, CUV, NUV finalization, and fee structures is essential. Proficiency in Yardi and Workiva, along with proven client engagement and team leadership skills, is required. Candidates should possess a CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA qualification. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
