Lead cloud-native engineering, automation, CI/CD, and platform operations on GCP. Drive automation-first delivery, enhance reliability, and accelerate application modernization across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities include: - Leading DevOps engineering for GCP, including CI/CD, automation, and GitOps. - Designing and implementing scalable, secure GCP architectures. - Owning GCP Landing Zone, governance, IAM, and network segmentation. - Driving Infrastructure as Code (IaC) maturity with Terraform and automation pipelines. - Building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build and GitHub Actions. - Implementing SRE practices for monitoring, incident response, and resilience. - Strengthening observability with GCP's monitoring and logging services. - Managing cloud cost optimization (FinOps) and resource efficiency. - Collaborating with various teams to accelerate cloud adoption. - Ensuring compliance with cloud governance and security requirements. - Mentoring DevOps and cloud engineers.

We seek a hands-on leader with at least 8 years of IT experience, including 4-5 years in GCP DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field is required.

Essential skills include: - Strong hands-on experience with core GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Build, VPC, IAM, etc.). - Proven experience in building CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and cloud-native deployment patterns. - Proficiency in Terraform, GCP CLI, Python/Go, Bash, and GitOps. - Experience with Kubernetes operations, service mesh, and workload management. - Solid understanding of networking concepts within GCP. - Experience with monitoring, logging, SRE, and reliability engineering practices. - Experience managing cloud financials and cost optimization. - GCP certifications are preferred, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
