We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and support Oracle EBS SCM, MFG, and Costing modules. This role involves ensuring seamless alignment with business requirements and best practices, with an added advantage for candidates skilled in enhancement, implementation, and configuration.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of critical transactions such as procurement landed cost, receipt accounting, WIP costs, inventory costing, OM-COGS recognition, and Landed Cost Management (LCM). Experience with SLA accounting for GL journal entries and custom costing solutions is highly valued.

Drive system configuration, testing, and end-to-end support for manufacturing and costing modules. Collaborate effectively with finance, supply chain, and operations teams for module integration. Conduct process workshops to gather requirements and design efficient solutions. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet project scope and deadlines.

Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative team environment. Lead user training, deliver knowledge transfer, and create comprehensive documentation. Ensure data integrity and compliance through audits and validations. Handle escalations and troubleshoot complex issues within Oracle EBS Manufacturing and Costing modules.

A bachelor's or master's degree is required, coupled with 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM Costing modules, including at least 5 years specifically in Oracle EBS.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and proven client-facing experience are essential. Oracle certification in Manufacturing/Costing is a plus. The role is based in Chennai, IN, requiring a 5-day work-from-office schedule.
