Join our Enterprise Technology & Performance team as a Delivery Manager, driving functional excellence and innovation. This role focuses on managing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials, bridging the gap between technical expertise and financial domain mastery. Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices and project deadlines. Manage and support Oracle EBS Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and India Taxation. Oversee the testing process and ensure all functionalities meet business requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates. Facilitate user training and develop comprehensive user documentation. Stay updated on Oracle EBS enhancements and evaluate their organizational impact.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials, with at least 2 years in a team lead capacity. Demonstrate deep, practical knowledge of general accounting principles, subledger reconciliation, and fixed asset lifecycles. Exhibit strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture, database schemas, and the RICEFW development lifecycle. Experience configuring Oracle E-Business Tax (eB-Tax) for domestic and international tax structures is essential. Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ICWA, MBA Finance, or equivalent professional accounting degree is highly preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
