Join our Assurance Tech Advisory team as a Delivery Manager in Bengaluru. This role is pivotal in driving functional excellence and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead a dynamic team, delivering significant value to both internal and external clients. You will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment with execution, and fostering seamless communication between business stakeholders and technology experts.

As Delivery Manager, you will own and meticulously manage the product backlog, crafting, refining, and prioritizing user stories to maximize business value. You will define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, encompassing current, near-term, and future deliverables. Collaboration with the Product Manager will be key to translating strategy into actionable delivery plans. Responsibilities also include managing system plans and associated artifacts, such as resource requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria. You will act as the voice of the customer within the delivery team and facilitate stakeholder review sessions, while leading the matrixed product team through influence, mentoring, and coaching. Ensuring alignment with adjacent product teams for a cohesive strategy and proactively identifying and escalating risks, dependencies, and impediments are also core duties.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Java/J2EE or a related product role. An MBA or BBM qualification is required. A strong grasp of Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks is essential. While broad knowledge of financial services concepts, particularly in client onboarding or CRM systems, is preferred, exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills are paramount. Strong analytical capabilities are needed to navigate ambiguity and achieve results. Prior experience with agile tooling like JIRA and Confluence is expected. A SAFe POPM certification is considered advantageous.
