Join our Assurance team as a Delivery Manager and drive functional excellence and innovation for our US clients. This role is pivotal in managing Accounting & Reporting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee critical financial processes and foster high-performing teams.

Lead end-to-end R2R operations for US clients, including General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial closing. Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes, account reconciliations, and intercompany accounting. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX frameworks, and review financial statements. Monitor SLAs and KPIs to maintain service excellence, while identifying and implementing process improvements and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audits. Develop R2R teams and manage client relationships effectively.

This role requires a CA or CPA with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Prior experience with US clients in the Renewables, Finance Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, or Shared Services industries is highly advantageous. A strong understanding of US GAAP is essential, along with proven experience in managing R2R processes and leading teams. Location is Mumbai, India.
