Lead the delivery of cutting-edge SAP solutions as a Delivery Manager, specializing in ABAP and Fiori. You will be instrumental in driving end-to-end technical delivery for S/4HANA and ECC landscapes, focusing on innovative digital transformation initiatives.

Orchestrate SAP ABAP and Fiori/UI5 development across implementation, rollout, and AMS projects. Design and deploy scalable solutions using ABAP, CDS, OData, RAP, and SAP Gateway. Oversee the development of custom Fiori applications and enhancements. Ensure strict adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and SDLC governance.

Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs for RICEFW objects and Fiori apps. Drive the architecture of integration solutions via OData, RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and APIs. Define UI5, Launchpad, and cross-system integration architectures. Own technical stream delivery for both onshore and offshore teams, guaranteeing SLA compliance and quality.

Bring at least 8 years of SAP experience with a strong emphasis on ABAP and S/4HANA. Demonstrate proven success in leading SAP technical delivery, including implementation and AMS. Prior experience in managing large, distributed teams and multi-stream programs is essential.

Key technical proficiencies include SAP ABAP (OOABAP, CDS, AMDP, RAP), SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway, and OData services. Familiarity with RICEFW objects, integration technologies (RFC, BAPI, IDoc, APIs), and performance tuning/debugging is required. Exposure to SAP BTP, CAP, and cloud-native extensions is a plus.

Exceptional leadership, team management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills are vital. A problem-solving mindset, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to drive delivery in SLA-driven environments are expected. Experience in Agile/DevOps is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent is necessary.
