This Delivery Manager role focuses on leading end-to-end SAP technical delivery for S/4HANA and ECC systems. A strong emphasis is placed on ABAP development, SAP Fiori/UI5 applications, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The position requires a combination of deep technical expertise, effective delivery leadership, and robust stakeholder management to ensure high-quality solutions that align with business goals.

This individual will be instrumental in leading large-scale SAP programs, overseeing technical design and governance, and providing mentorship to distributed teams. Adherence to Deloitte's quality, SLA, and delivery standards is paramount.

Lead SAP ABAP and Fiori/UI5 development for implementation, rollout, and AMS engagements. Architect and deliver scalable solutions using ABAP, CDS, OData, RAP, and SAP Gateway. Oversee custom Fiori application development and enhancements to standard SAP applications. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, coding standards, and SDLC governance. Translate business requirements into technical designs for RICEFW objects and Fiori applications. Drive the design of integration solutions via OData, RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and APIs. Define the architecture for UI5, Launchpad, and cross-system integrations. Own the delivery of SAP technical streams across projects, including onshore and offshore components. Guarantee adherence to SLAs, project timelines, and quality assurance metrics.

Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, with a significant focus on ABAP and S/4HANA. Demonstrated experience in leading SAP technical delivery, encompassing both implementation and AMS. Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and multi-stream SAP programs. Proficiency in SAP ABAP (OOABAP, CDS, AMDP, RAP), SAP Fiori/UI5, Fiori Launchpad, and Fiori Elements. Experience with SAP Gateway, OData services (V2/V4), and RICEFW objects. Solid understanding of integration technologies like RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and APIs. Skills in performance tuning, debugging, and optimization are essential. Exposure to SAP BTP, CAP, and cloud-native extensions is preferred. Possess strong leadership and team management capabilities, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A problem-solving mindset with analytical prowess is required. Ability to drive delivery within SLA-driven environments. Experience in Agile/DevOps environments is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. Relevant SAP certifications in ABAP, Fiori, or S/4HANA are preferred.
