Join NTT DATA, a global leader in business and technology services, as a Delivery Manager and Scrum Master. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful, end-to-end delivery of technology projects while championing Agile/Scrum practices within our development teams.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, QA, DevOps, and program management. The focus is on achieving project goals with the expected scope, quality, and timelines.

Oversee the complete delivery lifecycle for projects and products, from inception to deployment. Develop comprehensive delivery plans, track progress against milestones, and manage dependencies. Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and assumptions. Coordinate effectively across diverse teams including development, testing, architecture, and DevOps. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and framework. Remove impediments to team productivity and guide Product Owners in backlog refinement. Monitor key Agile and delivery metrics, reporting regularly to leadership and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and by coaching teams on best practices.

A strong background in delivery management and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum. Proven experience in managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Expertise in Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, estimation, and capacity planning. Skilled in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and conflict resolution. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and other project management and CI/CD platforms. While certifications like CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2 are beneficial, practical delivery experience is prioritized.
