You will collaborate with global teams to standardize AI assets and establish governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the growth of Microsoft MWP services and new offerings. You will lead the development of No Code agents using Copilot Studio, custom multi-agent automation, and multimodal agents. Building capability and providing services to optimize Azure OpenAI Service models for AI efficiency is crucial. Collaborate with regional teams to standardize AI assets and develop governance and training programs. Drive asset development for legacy app modernization campaigns, including accelerators for Pega to Power Platform migration. Explore opportunities to create agents for ESG carbon footprint and emission calculations.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, along with a minimum of 18 years of experience, ideally within a professional services firm. Excellent communication skills and prior consulting experience are highly valued. Strong analytical abilities to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks are essential, along with the capacity to operate independently or with minimal supervision.
