Drive exceptional service delivery and strategic initiatives in collaboration with functional leadership. Oversee delivery performance and governance, aligning with the service line's delivery framework. Develop comprehensive delivery excellence frameworks, including key milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Conduct delivery reviews across engagements and support mitigation planning efforts. Champion standardized delivery methodologies and enhance the scalability of service delivery models. Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to refining existing delivery processes. Liaise with regional consulting leaders and manage escalations effectively. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Bring 15+ years of experience in professional services delivery or consulting. Demonstrate a strong background in delivery governance, client engagement, and risk management. Have hands-on experience with MS Excel (formulas, VBA, charts), Power BI (data visualization), MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio. Exhibit familiarity with quality frameworks such as CMMI and ISO.
