NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Delivery Analyst with a strong background in Application Support and Maintenance (L2/L3). This role focuses on ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of critical business applications, primarily those built on Adobe ColdFusion. You will be instrumental in providing 24x7 production support, managing incidents, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic IT environment.

You will work from our designated ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad, adhering to a 24x7 shift schedule that includes weekend support.

Key responsibilities include providing L2/L3 support for Adobe ColdFusion applications, monitoring performance and availability, and resolving incidents and service requests within SLA commitments. You will conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, participate in major incident management, and coordinate with various technical and business teams for effective issue resolution. Supporting release deployments and troubleshooting ColdFusion-specific errors, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges are also core functions. Database support for SQL Server or Oracle, including query optimization and data correction, along with routine maintenance, health checks, and identifying automation opportunities, are essential. Monitoring application services, ensuring compliance with ITSM processes and security requirements, and participating in on-call support complete the scope of this role.

We are looking for candidates with 4 to 10+ years of IT experience, including a minimum of 3 years specifically supporting Adobe ColdFusion applications within an Application Support & Maintenance context. Experience in ITIL-based production support organizations and hands-on involvement with incident, problem, and change management processes are vital. Strong proficiency in Adobe ColdFusion (2018/2021/2023 or later), CFML, CFCs, and the ColdFusion Administrator is required, alongside front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Expertise in REST and SOAP web services, along with database skills in Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle (including query writing and optimization), and familiarity with Windows Server are necessary. Experience with web servers (IIS/Apache), version control systems (Git/Azure DevOps/SVN), ITSM tools (ServiceNow), and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.) is expected. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for this high-pressure production environment. Ability to work rotational shifts and on-call support is mandatory.
