Collaborate closely with consulting teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for software solutions.

Design, develop, deliver, and support high-quality, efficient technology solutions that meet client needs.

Provide subject matter expertise in software development, offering accelerated execution support for BCG's Consulting & X teams.

Develop AI agents, bots, automation workflows, and features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).

Possess expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, MVC, WebAPI, REST, and GraphQL.

Demonstrate experience with Python and AI tools/frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, cursor, claude, or devin.

Have a strong understanding of ORM frameworks, APIs, databases, application development, and debugging principles.

Familiarity with advanced JavaScript frameworks like Angular or React is essential.

Knowledge of fundamental design principles for scalable applications and Object-Oriented Programming is required.

Experience with code versioning tools, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Possess end-to-end ownership capabilities with excellent analytical and communication skills.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of relevant software engineering experience is expected.
