You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of data solutions, ensuring they meet evolving client needs and deliver high-quality, efficient results. This includes adapting designs for various project scopes, from initial proofs-of-concept to full-scale production systems. Your work will directly support project objectives and enable the realization of ambitious concepts.

Core responsibilities include leveraging Big Data tools and frameworks, building and optimizing ETL processes across diverse systems, and collaborating closely with teams to define project outcomes and methodologies. You will also lead analytics modules, clearly communicate findings, and champion the sharing of knowledge and best practices while upholding strict confidentiality. Mentoring junior team members and supporting technical development are key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Python and SQL, with a strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Expertise in distributed data systems like Spark or Hadoop, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP are essential.

Ideal candidates will possess fluency in both Portuguese and English, coupled with a proven track record in Data Engineering across multiple industries, demonstrating the ability to deliver analytics solutions in commercial settings. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required. While not mandatory, familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow), data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data modeling techniques, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and streaming frameworks (Kafka) would be advantageous.
