At its heart is Wolbachia, a natural bacterium that precisely and chemically-free halts disease transmission by mosquitoes.

As the Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead Debug's efforts in India to devise and implement a go-to-market strategy, cultivating partnerships that position Debug as a leading vector-control solution.
Your key responsibilities include: - Leading the sourcing and execution of agreements, from origination and evaluation to developing market strategies and negotiating complex technology licensing and commercial agreements with local partners, private enterprises, and public health organizations. - Structuring and negotiating operational models with partners by collaborating with internal science and program management teams to align field requirements with technical capabilities and program timelines. - Evaluating opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating agreement terms, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership through cross-functional teamwork. - Identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with new and existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining comprehensive account knowledge.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Demonstrated experience in industries such as Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology is essential. You should also have a proven track record of engaging with C-level executives and working cross-functionally across all management levels. Experience in managing agreements or partnerships is a prerequisite for this role.
