As the Partnerships Manager for India, you will be instrumental in establishing Debug's presence. This entrepreneurial role involves navigating regulatory landscapes, architecting technology licensing agreements, and bridging global engineering with local deployment to significantly reduce disease impact.
Spearhead Debug's India operations by developing and executing a go-to-market strategy and forge key partnerships.
Lead agreement sourcing and execution, from origination and evaluation to market strategy development and negotiation of complex technology licensing and commercial agreements with diverse partners.
Structure and negotiate operational models, collaborating with internal science and program management teams to align field requirements with technical capabilities and program timelines.
Evaluate opportunities, conduct thorough due diligence, negotiate agreement terms, and present well-reasoned recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring sound judgment and discretion.
Identify, cultivate, and grow relationships with existing and new partners, serving as the primary point of contact and maintaining comprehensive account knowledge.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Candidates should possess 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
Prior experience within the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries is essential.
Demonstrated ability to work with C-level executives and manage cross-functional teams at all management levels.
Proven experience managing agreements or partnerships is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Health or Life Sciences, 12 years of relevant experience in India, and expertise in structuring and negotiating commercial agreements. Experience building new markets or business units in India, particularly within regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environments, is highly advantageous. Ability to travel up to 50% is expected.
