EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Deal Support Specialist - Supervising Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence (P&CE) function, supporting onshore Deals teams in bid management processes. You will contribute significant value throughout the deal lifecycle, from pre-RFP stages through to post-RFP activities, ensuring globally consistent strategies are executed effectively.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across all phases of the deal process. Key responsibilities include conducting secondary research to generate insights, managing project plans for the end-to-end deal cycle, and preparing essential bid documents like kick-off materials and credentials packs. You'll also collaborate with broader teams to develop client collateral and presentations, maintain repositories of collateral, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. This position involves critical thinking, detail orientation, and meeting tight deadlines, with supervisory duties including leading a region and guiding junior team members.

To be successful in this role, you should possess prior experience in Deals, pre-sales, or bid management, coupled with strong project management skills. Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication abilities are essential. A good understanding of business development and deal coordination is required, along with expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based research. While a University/bachelor’s degree is mandatory, a Master’s in Business Administration is also required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a large global organization, preferably in professional services, is necessary, with overall experience ranging from 6 to 11 years.
