We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to drive strategic deal pursuits within the Telco & Media industry. This role is crucial for architecting and delivering industry-specific, cross-functional solutions that meet client needs and leverage our extensive offerings. You will be instrumental in creating scalable, technically robust solutions, integrating cutting-edge technologies with existing enterprise systems.
Your expertise will be vital in developing innovative solutions for 5G, edge computing, AI-driven customer experiences, and digital content ecosystems, keeping pace with the rapid advancements in AI. The position demands a deep understanding of industry trends and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-ready solutions.
Lead the full lifecycle of solutioning for complex, multi-disciplinary deals across various technology and service lines, including Cloud, Data & AI, and Consulting. Collaborate closely with business development teams to thoroughly understand client requirements, challenges, and strategic objectives.
Design bespoke solution architectures tailored to client goals, utilizing our comprehensive suite of services. Develop accurate pricing models, delivery frameworks, and proactive risk mitigation strategies. Ensure alignment of commercial terms with the proposed solution architecture and support contract negotiations.
Serve as a key advisor to internal and external stakeholders throughout the pre-sales and solutioning phases. Deliver compelling client presentations and workshops, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions. Bring deep industry knowledge to inform solution design, considering regulatory, operational, and competitive landscapes.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, IoT, cloud, and edge computing, applying them effectively within industry contexts. Identify and integrate relevant industry partners, accelerators, and intellectual property into proposals. Ensure the integrity, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of all proposed solutions, mitigating delivery risks through robust architectural and governance frameworks.
Contribute to the creation of reusable assets, templates, and playbooks to enhance industry solutioning capabilities. Architect end-to-end IT solutions for Telco and Media clients, aligning with their business objectives and digital transformation aspirations. Integrate advanced AI capabilities, including predictive analytics and generative AI, to boost operational efficiency.
Acquire and apply in-depth knowledge of Telco/Media processes, encompassing networks (5G, fiber), OSS/BSS systems, and media content delivery. Advise on regulatory compliance and current AI trends, such as LLMs for customer service and computer vision for media analytics. Champion the adoption of AI, IoT, Digital Twins, Robotics, and Edge Computing within solution architectures.
A minimum of 15 years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or pre-sales roles is required. You must demonstrate a proven track record of successfully solutioning large, intricate deals within relevant target industries. Experience in developing responses to RFPs/RFIs and delivering client-specific solution presentations is essential.
Possess a strong understanding of current industry trends, the drivers of digital transformation, and the operational challenges faced by clients. Familiarity with the Energy & Utilities domain, including power generation, renewables, and smart grids, is beneficial.
Proficiency in major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, along with experience in edge computing for applications like in-vehicle and plant-level solutions, is necessary. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different geographies and service lines is also important.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are paramount for this role. Exposure to operational technology (OT), Industry 4.0 concepts, AI/ML, GenAI, IoT, digital twins, and industry automation and smart manufacturing technologies is highly valued.
