We are looking for a skilled Python Data Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in Python, Databricks, AWS, PostgreSQL, and AI frameworks, complemented by excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Design and implement robust solutions using Python, Databricks, and AWS services, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs. Collaborate closely with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into effective technical solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Oversee code quality, testing, and deployment processes to ensure timely and high-standard project delivery. Develop accurate pharmaceutical forecasts using analytical methods and cross-functional inputs, partnering with global and regional teams for insights and presentations.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 4+ years of experience in developing cloud-native applications and data solutions. Proficiency in Python for data pipeline development on Databricks, strong SQL skills with query optimization, and working knowledge of AWS cloud services are essential. Experience building ETL pipelines, data integration solutions, and familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies are crucial. Experience with internal AI tools and platforms, and tool design for AI agents is also expected.
