As a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native applications. This position emphasizes AI-assisted development practices and requires deep expertise in full-stack technologies, modern architectures, and event-driven systems.

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications. Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering productivity. Architect and build microservices using Java and modern frameworks, developing real-time data processing pipelines with Kafka.

Implement event-driven systems and build Agentic AI solutions on AWS. Develop data pipelines on Databricks and design scalable, resilient systems utilizing AWS cloud platforms. Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders in the Banking/FSO/Capital Markets domain, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, security, performance, and DevOps.

Mentor and manage developers, fostering a culture of collaboration. Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design, while driving Agile delivery practices.

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer with over 5 years of experience, preferably in the BFSI domain. Essential skills include strong Java Full Stack Development, backend expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, and familiarity with modern JS frameworks.

Proficiency in Agentic AI with AWS or Azure, Databricks/Pyspark, and AI-powered coding tools is crucial. Expertise in Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture, along with strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), is required. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices is also necessary.

Good-to-have skills include frontend expertise in Angular/React, familiarity with building AI agents, Market Risk Technology experience, and financial product knowledge. Strong leadership, team management, and client-facing communication skills are valued.
