As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing product features with utmost efficiency, challenging existing tech stacks, and adopting industry best practices. You will lead Python-driven full-stack development, encompassing front-end, back-end, APIs, data layers, and AI models. Mapping functional specifications to product features, performing techno-functional testing, and automating where possible are key duties. You'll also partner with architects, provide functional support, and mentor junior team members.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 4-8 years of hands-on development and design experience, preferably in product-based IT development involving full-stack engineering, Machine Learning, and AI. Essential skills include deep AI engineering, Python development (Django/FastAPI), microservices, cloud deployment (Azure/AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Git, ML Ops, and database expertise (SQL/NoSQL). Experience in the Risk or Financial domain, along with AI frameworks like Vector DBs, RAG, LLM/SLM, and Agentic AI, is crucial. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.
