We are seeking a skilled Python AI Engineer to develop innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical proficiency in Python, FastAPI, AWS, PostgreSQL, and AI frameworks, alongside exceptional stakeholder management abilities.

Design and implement robust solutions using Python, AWS services, and PostgreSQL, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability requirements. Collaborate effectively with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Oversee code reviews, testing procedures, and deployment processes to guarantee timely project delivery with high-quality standards. Develop and maintain accurate pharma forecasts using analytical methods and cross-functional input. Partner with global and regional teams to deliver insights and strategic guidance, continuously optimizing forecasting processes.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Have 4+ years of experience in Python application development, with FastAPI experience being a plus. Demonstrate proven experience in designing and deploying applications on AWS. Exhibit experience with AI governance, guardrails, internal AI tools, and AI development lifecycle practices. Show a strong understanding of database design and optimization principles. Possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Agile methodologies is advantageous.
